A Texas court has vacated the new overtime rule that was set to take effect January 1, 2025. The ruling applies nationwide and strikes down the new limit, as well as the July 1, 2024 change.
Overtime salary thresholds remain at 2020 levels of $684 per week or $35,568 annually. The salary level for highly compensated employees is once again $107,432 annually. Read more about the ruling.
